These terms cover the use of BigRooom (“the service”) at bigrooom.com and os.bigrooom.com.
The service
BigRooom lets an organiser create an event, design an invitation card, maintain a guest list, send invitations over WhatsApp, and collect RSVP replies, headcounts, seating, accommodation and related event information.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Activity performed with your credentials is treated as yours.
Guest data and consent
You are the one who decides which guests to add and what to send them. By adding a guest’s name and number you confirm you have a reasonable basis to contact them about your event. You must not use the service to send unsolicited marketing.
WhatsApp delivery
Invitations are delivered through the WhatsApp number you connect. Delivery depends on WhatsApp and the guest’s own device and privacy settings; we can show you what the messaging provider reports, but we cannot guarantee that a message is read.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading or abusive content in a card or message.
- No attempts to access another organisation’s data.
- No automated scraping or bulk resale of the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times and to tell you in advance when maintenance is planned. The service is provided as-is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Fees
Pricing is quoted per event and confirmed in writing before work begins. Charges relate to invitations actually sent and replies collected, not to a subscription that runs whether you use it or not.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete an event. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after telling you why.
